Responding to Polls for Occupants
Polls are a quick and easy way to engage with your property. In this article, you will learn how to vote in a poll using the Durst office platform.
In Web Browser
Step 1
After logging into the portal, select Management Updates and then select Poll in the drop-down.
Step 2
Choose the poll that you'd like to participate in, make your selection and then select Submit to register your vote.
Step 3
After making your selection, a chart showing the breakdown of the results will be displayed.
In App
Step 1
After logging into the app, polls are in the Community icon or the bell notification icon.
| Note: If a user gets a notification and views it on the app, there will not be a notification when they look on the desktop. |
Step 2
Select your choice and then select the Submit button on the bottom of the screen.
Step 3
After making your selection, the results breakdown will display.
